Legal & Terms

World of Genius

Last Updated: July 6, 2026

Please read these Legal & Terms carefully before using this website, submitting an application, participating in any assessment, entering the World of Genius Project Owner Fellowship process, or submitting any materials to World of Genius.

These Legal & Terms govern your access to and use of the World of Genius website, application flow, assessment tools, validation course, Fellowship review process, and related services operated by World of Genius.

By accessing the website, submitting an application, answering assessment questions, participating in the validation course, submitting materials, or otherwise interacting with the Fellowship process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Legal & Terms.

1. Company Identity

World of Genius operates this website, the Project Owner Fellowship, and the related assessment and validation processes.

For purposes of these Legal & Terms, “World of Genius,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means World of Genius.

“You,” “candidate,” “applicant,” or “participant” means any person who accesses the website, submits an application, participates in an assessment, joins a validation process, submits materials, or otherwise interacts with the Fellowship process.

2. Nature of the Fellowship

The World of Genius Project Owner Fellowship is a selection, assessment, and validation process.

It is designed to identify individuals who may have the potential to become Project Owners, contributors, operators, advisors, or project participants in connection with current or future projects.

The Fellowship is not:

  • an offer of employment;
  • a guarantee of employment;
  • a guarantee of equity;
  • a guarantee of compensation;
  • a guarantee of funding;
  • a guarantee of project assignment;
  • a guarantee of admission into any program;
  • a guarantee of business opportunity;
  • a partnership offer;
  • a joint venture offer;
  • a franchise offer;
  • a securities offering;
  • an investment solicitation;
  • a promise of future commercial relationship.

Participation in any stage of the process, including registration, assessment, automated scoring, human review, the 7-day validation course, interviews, review calls, onboarding conversations, or Fellowship-related communications, does not create any employment, contractor, agency, fiduciary, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or equity relationship between you and World of Genius.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Fellowship process.

By applying, you represent that:

  • you are legally able to enter into these Legal & Terms;
  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • your participation does not violate any agreement, duty, employment obligation, confidentiality obligation, non-compete obligation, non-solicitation obligation, intellectual property obligation, or other legal restriction applicable to you;
  • you will not submit confidential, proprietary, restricted, or third-party materials unless you have the legal right to do so.

World of Genius may reject, suspend, remove, or disqualify any applicant or participant at any time, with or without explanation, where we determine that continued participation is not appropriate.

4. Application and Assessment Process

The application and assessment process may include:

  • candidate profile creation;
  • application form submission;
  • qualification questions;
  • self-assessment;
  • AI-assisted review;
  • human review;
  • scoring;
  • result classification;
  • 7-day validation course invitation;
  • course assignments;
  • interviews;
  • manual review;
  • administrative decision;
  • acceptance or rejection decision.

World of Genius may modify, pause, cancel, extend, or terminate any part of the application or assessment process at any time.

Assessment scores, archetypes, rankings, recommendations, and results are internal evaluation tools. They are not professional advice, psychological assessments, employment determinations, educational credentials, certifications, or legally binding evaluations.

We may use automated systems to assist in reviewing applications and submissions, but final decisions may also include human judgment, business priorities, project availability, timing, operational needs, and strategic fit.

5. No Guarantee of Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be invited to the 7-day validation course.

Being invited to the 7-day validation course does not guarantee acceptance into the Fellowship.

Completing the 7-day validation course does not guarantee acceptance into the Fellowship.

Being accepted into the Fellowship does not automatically guarantee a project assignment, paid role, equity, compensation, funding, long-term relationship, or project company ownership.

All decisions are made at the sole discretion of World of Genius.

6. 7-Day Validation Course

The 7-day validation course is a practical evaluation process designed to assess candidate readiness.

The course may include assignments related to:

  • audience thesis;
  • content system;
  • monetization map;
  • AI-agent workflow;
  • growth plan;
  • 90-day project economics;
  • board memo or project thesis;
  • operating judgment;
  • project ownership readiness.

The validation course is not a formal educational program, degree program, accredited training program, employment training guarantee, or professional certification.

World of Genius may review your course submissions using human reviewers, AI systems, or both.

7. Equity, Compensation, and Funding

No equity, compensation, funding, payment, salary, fee, commission, bonus, stipend, reimbursement, grant, ownership interest, token, security, profit participation, revenue share, or other economic benefit is promised or implied during the application, assessment, validation, review, or Fellowship selection phases.

Any equity path, compensation, funding, revenue share, project ownership, employment relationship, contractor relationship, advisor role, or other economic arrangement requires a separate formal written agreement signed by both you and an authorized representative of World of Genius.

No statement on the website, in emails, in assessment results, in course materials, in interviews, in review calls, or in informal communications creates any binding obligation to provide equity, compensation, funding, employment, project assignment, or business opportunity.

8. Project Assignment

A project assignment, if offered, requires a separate written agreement.

Successful completion of any Fellowship stage does not automatically confer a project assignment.

A project assignment may require:

  • additional review;
  • separate initiation agreement;
  • confidentiality agreement;
  • contractor agreement;
  • advisor agreement;
  • operating agreement;
  • equity agreement;
  • invention assignment agreement;
  • compliance agreement;
  • project-specific statement of work;
  • board or management approval.

World of Genius may assign, modify, pause, withdraw, or terminate project opportunities at its discretion, subject to any separately executed written agreement.

9. Initiation Agreement

If you are selected for further participation, you may be asked to sign an Initiation Agreement.

The Initiation Agreement may define:

  • your status as a Project Owner Candidate or participant;
  • confidentiality obligations;
  • intellectual property obligations;
  • communication expectations;
  • project access;
  • data access;
  • compliance obligations;
  • pilot expectations;
  • reporting cadence;
  • termination rights;
  • limits of the relationship.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, an Initiation Agreement is not an employment agreement, equity agreement, compensation agreement, funding agreement, or guarantee of long-term project ownership.

10. AI and Human Review

By submitting any application, assessment response, course assignment, project proposal, file, text, document, link, or other material, you acknowledge and agree that your submission may be reviewed, processed, scored, summarized, classified, or evaluated by artificial intelligence systems, automation tools, and human reviewers.

AI-assisted evaluation may be used to support:

  • application scoring;
  • readiness classification;
  • risk identification;
  • strengths analysis;
  • project fit analysis;
  • course submission review;
  • administrative workflow;
  • internal summaries;
  • candidate recommendations.

AI systems may produce incomplete, incorrect, biased, or imperfect outputs. World of Genius may use human review where appropriate, but does not guarantee that every submission will receive human review.

You should not submit sensitive personal information unless specifically requested and necessary.

11. Candidate Submissions

“Candidate Submissions” means any materials you submit to World of Genius, including:

  • application answers;
  • assessment responses;
  • project ideas;
  • business concepts;
  • audience theses;
  • content examples;
  • monetization plans;
  • AI-agent workflows;
  • growth plans;
  • board memos;
  • documents;
  • links;
  • messages;
  • files;
  • feedback;
  • comments;
  • other materials submitted through the website, email, forms, course pages, or related systems.

You are responsible for ensuring that your Candidate Submissions are lawful, accurate, original, and do not violate third-party rights.

You agree not to submit:

  • confidential information of a current or former employer;
  • trade secrets you are not authorized to disclose;
  • personal data of third parties without proper rights;
  • copyrighted material you do not have permission to use;
  • misleading, false, defamatory, unlawful, or harmful content;
  • materials that violate any contract, law, regulation, or third-party obligation.

12. Intellectual Property Ownership

You retain ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property that you independently developed before submitting it to World of Genius, provided that such materials are not created for or assigned to World of Genius under a separate agreement.

However, by submitting Candidate Submissions, you grant World of Genius a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, transferable license to use, copy, store, process, analyze, review, reproduce, display, summarize, evaluate, and create internal derivative works from such submissions for purposes of:

  • operating the Fellowship process;
  • evaluating your application;
  • reviewing your readiness;
  • scoring submissions;
  • conducting administrative review;
  • improving internal systems;
  • developing Fellowship operations;
  • maintaining records;
  • complying with legal obligations.

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement, World of Genius does not claim ownership of your general background knowledge, independent skills, personal experience, or pre-existing materials.

13. Assigned Project Work Product

If you are assigned to a project, pilot, operating sprint, or other World of Genius initiative, any work product created specifically for that assigned project may be governed by a separate written agreement.

Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, all intellectual property, work product, inventions, systems, project materials, content, processes, workflows, data structures, business concepts, improvements, documentation, and deliverables created specifically for assigned World of Genius projects, validation sprints, pilot projects, or operating activities shall be owned by World of Genius or the applicable project entity.

This may include:

  • project theses;
  • audience maps;
  • content systems;
  • campaign materials;
  • landing page copy;
  • editorial calendars;
  • monetization maps;
  • AI-agent workflows;
  • business plans;
  • partner lists;
  • operating dashboards;
  • project documentation;
  • software, prompts, processes, and workflow improvements.

Any different ownership arrangement must be stated in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

14. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential and not disclose, use, copy, share, publish, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any non-public information received from or about World of Genius, its affiliates, projects, systems, partners, candidates, business plans, internal tools, project theses, AI-agent workflows, data, monetization strategies, technical systems, legal documents, financial information, or other proprietary information.

Confidential information includes any non-public information that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential, whether marked confidential or not.

You may not use confidential information for any purpose other than your authorized participation in the Fellowship process or assigned project.

These confidentiality obligations continue after your participation ends.

15. Publicity and Use of Name

You may not use the name, logo, brand, domain, materials, screenshots, internal documents, candidate status, Fellowship status, project information, or other identifiers of World of Genius in any public communication, website, social media post, pitch deck, marketing material, press release, investor communication, or promotional context without prior written approval.

World of Genius may not publicly identify you as an accepted candidate, participant, Project Owner Candidate, or project participant without your consent, except as permitted by a separate written agreement or required by law.

16. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of the website and participation in the Fellowship process may involve the collection and processing of personal information.

World of Genius may collect information such as:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • location;
  • timezone;
  • professional profile;
  • LinkedIn or website links;
  • application answers;
  • assessment results;
  • course submissions;
  • review notes;
  • scoring data;
  • communications;
  • technical usage data.

This information may be used to operate the Fellowship process, evaluate candidates, communicate with you, maintain records, improve systems, and comply with legal obligations.

A separate Privacy Policy may provide additional details regarding personal information collection, use, retention, sharing, and rights.

If there is a conflict between these Legal & Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal data handling, the Privacy Policy controls for privacy-specific matters.

17. Electronic Communications

By submitting an application or participating in the Fellowship process, you consent to receive electronic communications from World of Genius, including:

  • application confirmations;
  • assessment results;
  • course invitations;
  • course reminders;
  • review updates;
  • acceptance or rejection decisions;
  • agreement links;
  • project assignment notices;
  • administrative notices;
  • legal updates.

You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. No Professional Advice

The website, assessment results, Fellowship materials, course content, feedback, AI-generated summaries, and communications are provided for informational and evaluative purposes only.

They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, employment, immigration, psychological, medical, business, or professional advice.

You are responsible for obtaining independent advice from qualified professionals before making decisions based on any information provided through the Fellowship process.

19. No Securities Offering

Nothing on the website or in the Fellowship process constitutes an offer to sell, solicitation of an offer to buy, recommendation, or invitation to invest in securities, equity, tokens, revenue shares, profit interests, membership interests, stock, options, or any other financial instrument.

Any potential equity, ownership, or economic participation will only be considered, if at all, through separate written agreements and subject to applicable law.

20. No Employment Relationship

Participation in the Fellowship process does not create an employment relationship.

You are not an employee of World of Genius by virtue of applying, completing an assessment, taking the validation course, participating in interviews, joining review calls, receiving feedback, being accepted into the Fellowship, or receiving a project opportunity unless a separate written employment agreement is signed by both parties.

You are not entitled to wages, salary, benefits, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation, payroll tax withholding, or employee protections unless expressly provided under a separate written employment agreement or required by applicable law.

21. No Partnership, Agency, or Joint Venture

Nothing in these Legal & Terms or the Fellowship process creates a partnership, agency, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, franchise relationship, or representative relationship between you and World of Genius.

You may not bind World of Genius, make commitments on behalf of World of Genius, represent yourself as an agent of World of Genius, or contact third parties on behalf of World of Genius unless expressly authorized in writing.

22. Compliance Obligations

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and contractual obligations in connection with your participation.

Depending on the project, this may include requirements related to:

  • advertising;
  • affiliate disclosures;
  • email marketing;
  • SMS marketing;
  • data privacy;
  • consumer protection;
  • intellectual property;
  • employment restrictions;
  • confidentiality;
  • industry-specific compliance;
  • platform rules;
  • anti-spam laws;
  • professional licensing restrictions.

You may not engage in deceptive, misleading, unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or unethical conduct in connection with World of Genius or any project.

23. Account Access and Security

If the platform provides account access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to notify World of Genius promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

World of Genius may suspend or terminate access if it believes there is unauthorized access, security risk, misuse, or violation of these Legal & Terms.

24. Platform Availability

World of Genius may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website, assessment system, course system, admin review process, communication process, or Fellowship process at any time.

We do not guarantee that the website or platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

25. Third-Party Services

The platform may use or link to third-party services, including form tools, authentication providers, email systems, AI systems, calendar tools, document signing platforms, analytics providers, hosting providers, payment processors, communication platforms, or external websites.

World of Genius is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, their security, or their privacy practices.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

26. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • provide false or misleading information;
  • impersonate another person;
  • submit materials you do not have rights to submit;
  • violate confidentiality obligations;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse the platform;
  • interfere with platform security;
  • upload malicious code;
  • use the platform for unlawful purposes;
  • harass, threaten, or abuse others;
  • misrepresent your relationship with World of Genius;
  • contact partners, candidates, sponsors, or project participants without authorization;
  • use confidential information for personal or third-party benefit;
  • compete unfairly using non-public information received through the Fellowship process.

27. Disqualification and Termination

World of Genius may reject, disqualify, suspend, or terminate your participation at any time if we determine that:

  • you violated these Legal & Terms;
  • you provided false or misleading information;
  • you violated confidentiality obligations;
  • you submitted unauthorized third-party materials;
  • you acted unprofessionally or unlawfully;
  • you created legal, reputational, operational, or security risk;
  • your participation is no longer aligned with the Fellowship process;
  • no suitable project or role is available.

World of Genius is not required to provide detailed reasons for selection or rejection decisions.

28. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website, Fellowship process, assessment tools, course materials, AI-generated outputs, feedback, communications, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

World of Genius disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and reliability.

We do not warrant that:

  • the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • assessment results will be accurate or complete;
  • AI-generated outputs will be correct or unbiased;
  • participation will produce any specific outcome;
  • you will receive employment, equity, compensation, funding, project assignment, or business opportunity.

29. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, World of Genius and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, affiliates, agents, service providers, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, lost data, reputational harm, or business interruption damages arising out of or related to your use of the website, participation in the Fellowship process, application review, assessment results, AI review, course participation, rejection, acceptance, project non-assignment, or any related communication.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of World of Genius for any claim arising out of or related to these Legal & Terms or the Fellowship process shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid directly to World of Genius for the specific service giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

30. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless World of Genius and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, advisors, affiliates, agents, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your violation of these Legal & Terms;
  • your Candidate Submissions;
  • your violation of third-party rights;
  • your violation of law;
  • your misuse of the platform;
  • your unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential information;
  • your misrepresentation of your relationship with World of Genius;
  • your breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation under these Legal & Terms.

31. Governing Law

These Legal & Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them, the website, the Fellowship process, application review, assessment results, course participation, project assignment process, or related communications shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

32. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact World of Genius in writing and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Notice should be sent to:

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

33. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and World of Genius agree that any dispute will be brought only on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, representative action, consolidated action, or private attorney general action.

34. Time Limit to Bring Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or related to these Legal & Terms, the website, or the Fellowship process must be brought within one year after the claim arises, or it will be permanently barred.

35. Changes to These Legal & Terms

World of Genius may update these Legal & Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the website or participation in the Fellowship process after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.

36. Severability

If any provision of these Legal & Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

The invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, if permitted by law.

37. Entire Agreement

These Legal & Terms, together with any referenced policies and any separate written agreements signed by you and World of Genius, constitute the entire agreement between you and World of Genius regarding your use of the website and participation in the Fellowship process.

If there is a conflict between these Legal & Terms and a separate written agreement signed by both parties, the separate written agreement controls for the subject matter covered by that agreement.
